The grapes come from the slopes of Coteaux d'Ancenis, from vineyards which lie on both sides of the Loire to the east of Nantes.
Harvest & Vinification
Approximately nine days of maceration to extract a maximum of fruit, the wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation using native and neutral yeast in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks.
