Grapes are sourced near Cheverny, as well as the village of Banney in Sancerre and the Cher Valley in Eastern Touraine.
Harvest & Vinification
The grapes are pressed, fermented between 15-18°C in stainless steel tank using native and neutral yeast, then aged on fine lees for three months before bottling.
