Nat Cool is about producing low-intervention, terroir driven wines from indigenous varietals. In 2020, the Nat Cool range grew, with its foray into Portugal’s Dão region, on the slopes of the Serra da Estrela Mountain Range.
Harvest & Vinification
The grapes are manually harvested and the wines undergo malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, and age for six months in stainless steel.
