This site is planted with Bouchet vines from Lafleur. The first vintage was 2018.
Harvest & Vinification
Hand harvested with strict sorting. Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks with soft maceration (15 to 25 days). Blending takes place in early winter. The wine is aged 15 months in barrique (1/3 new and 2/3 one year old).
