From a small (0.17 ha) parcel located towards Charmes-Dessus, close to Genevrières, right beneath Grande Perrières. Vines average 40+ years old. Yield of 30-50 hl/ha.

Harvest & Vinification
Grapes are sorted in the vineyard. They let everything settle naturally at 18 degrees before fermentation starts. The lower the ph, the more active the sulphur which is why they focus on reducing yields. Pneumatic pressing. Static settling. Aging in barrels with 25% to 30% new wood. Bottling without collage.
