Vineyards farmed by the Girardeau family since the 17th century. Many of the vines were replanted in the early 1990s with massale selection from the Château Lafleur estate.
Harvest & Vinification
Hand harvested with strict selection. Fermented in 50% stainless steel, 20% new barrique, 30% one year old barrique. Aged for eight months in barrique, including five months gentle batonnage. Racked and blended before bottling.
