Founded in 1650, the Chateau covers 50 hectares of land of which 20 hectares are vineyards panted on gentle slopes and on plateau.
Harvest & Vinification
Hand harvested with strict selection. Fermented in stainless steel and concrete tanks with soft maceration. Aged 12 months in barrels (30% new, 40% one year old, 30% two year old).
