Vineyards & Viticulture
Les Longeroies totals approximately 30 hectares. The domaine owns 1.5 hectares in the better part of the vineyard, on the northern side of Marsannay and partway up the slope. Higher on the slope, the berries are smaller and more millerandé than on the deeper soils below.

Limestone with a higher concentration of clay

Harvest & Vinification
100% destemmed. 4-8 day cold soak. Macerated and fermented for 15 days. Aged 12–18 months in oak barrels, 20% new, followed by six months in tank.
