From wines planted in the 1960s on a site just to the south of the Marsannay commune of Couchey.
Limestone and clay soils.
Harvest & Vinification
25% whole cluster. Macerated and fermented for 14 to 18 days depending on the vintage. Elevage 12 months in barrels, 20% new, then six months in tanks before bottling. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
