From a 0.3037 hectare parcel planted in 1929, this vineyard is on the edge of the Volnay appellation, adjacent to Meursault 1er Cru Les Plures. This vineyard produces mostly red wines, very little white is produced.
Harvest & Vinification
Grapes are manually harvested, carefully sorted and pneumatically pressed. Fermentation with native yeasts. The wine is then aged in 10% new oak barrels for an average of 15 months.
