Planting density of 10,000 vines per hectare. Vines over 35 years old. Simple Guyot pruning. Yield of 30 to 45 hl per hectare
Brown marl-limestone substrate with clay
Harvest & Vinification
Hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard. Fermentation with 50% whole cluster for about two and a half weeks. Pneumatic pressing and aged for 15 to 18 months in barrels (30% new).
