From vines situated in the upper part of Les Plures. Planting density of 10,000 vines per hectare. Vines over 35 years old. Simple Guyot pruning. Yield of 30 to 45 hl per hectare
Brown marl-limestone substrate with clay
Harvest & Vinification
Hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard. Fermentation with 50% whole cluster for about two and a half weeks. Pneumatic pressing and aged for 15 to 18 months in barrels (30% new).
