Vineyards & Viticulture
The vineyard on the southeast side of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, above the village, that was planted between 1920 and 1998. Vines are Guyot trained.
Harvest & Vinification
Hand harvested. Fermented with native yeast and aged in 50% demi-muids (600 L) and 50% barriques (228 L) for 12 months. An additional aging of 12 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees. No fining; filtration if necessary.
