From three vineyards at the foothills of Chaintré: Les Chambardes, Les Pelouses, les Jonchayes. Vines were planted between 1968 and 1985 and are Guyot trained.
Harvest & Vinification
Hand harvested. Fermented and aged for about 12 months in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The wine is bottled without fining and light filtration.
