Can be spelled `Boucheres` as well but the Domaine uses the old French name, Bouches-Chères. The parcel is located on an east-facing hill towards Poruzots and Genevrières. Vines are trained 1/3 Cordon de Royat and 2/3 Guyot.

Stony and clay-limestone

Harvest & Vinification
Pressed and then gravity fed into barrel for fermentation with native yeast. Aged in barrel (15%-20% new).
