50% Grenache, 50% Syrah

From vines planted in the early 1960s (Grenache) and mid-2000s (Syrah). The vineyards are situated at the east of the commune of Valréas, on the hillsides overlooking the town.
Predominantly safre with clay-limestone
Harvest & Vinification
Grapes are destemmed and fermented with native yeast for 21 days with pumping under controlled temperatures. Aged in concrete tanks and bottled with very light filtration.
