From vineyards near the northern limit of ripening Grenache, in the colder foothills of the Alps and exposed to strong mistral winds. Grenache was planted from the early 1980s–2003, Syrah from the 1980s–2010 and Carignan in the 1960s.

Harvest & Vinification
Destemmed and fermented with native yeast in concrete vats, then aged in concrete. Very lightly filtered.
