From two parcels: Les Vignes Blanches on the north side of Meursault, with vines approximately 35 years old, and Les Bellans on the south side, with vines approximately 30 years old.

Soils
Clay-limestone

Harvest & Vinification
Hand harvested and fermented with native yeast in barrel. Moved to a cold 16th-century cellar for winter aging, where fermentation pauses before restarting with the warmth of spring. Aged for 12–14 months in barrel on the fine lees.
