Made from grapes grown in a plot of 900 square meters adjacent to Fallon's home in the Grand Cru commune of Avize, as well as the Fallon's and other growers' reserve wine from the local cooperative.

Harvest & Vinification
Fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with malolactic fermentation. Aged four years on the lees. Based on the 2017 vintage with 42% solera reserve (2002-2014). 7g/L dosage.
