Martine’s Wines is excited to announce the awards our wines have received from the 68 expert judges at this year’s TEXSOM International Wine Awards!

Bronze_Medal_2
Niepoort, Charme Tinto 2010:
Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca. The wine is aged for 14 months.

Domaine Bernard Bonin, Meursault Vieilles Vignes 2012:
100% Chardonnay. The resulting wines are aged sur lie in oak barrels for 15 to 18 months with minimal (if any) bâtonnage.

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with indigenous yeast, matured for five months on fine lees.

100% Pinot Noir. The wine is aged in French oak barrels (Tronçais), 10% new for 18 to 20 months, depends on the vintage.

 

Silver_Medal_2_Vector_ClipartGarnier et Fils, Chablis Montmains Premier Cru 2013:
100% Chardonnay. Fermented for 4 months with natural yeasts, the wine is then aged 70% in demi-muids (600L oak barrels) and 30% in stainless steel tanks for 12 months.
