From two parcels of approximately 70-year-old vines covering 0.75 hectares: Champs Pennebaut, which is near the Couchey border, and Champs des Charmes, which borders Brochon.

Soils
Champs Pennebaut has limestone scree in the higher part and more clay in the lower part; Champs des Charmes has a high content of small limestone pebbles

Harvest & Vinification
70% whole cluster fermentation. Aged 18 months in oak barrels, 10% new.
