First planted in 1946 by Albéric Bouvet, grandfather of Gilles Robin, on the top terroirs of the estate (Rochas, Monico, and Terres Rouges). Low yielding vines of 50+ years.
Gravel, pebbles, graphite and red clay
Harvest & Vinification
Grapes are hand-harvested. Three terroirs are vinified separately: half destemmed, partial whole cluster, use only native yeasts. Blended together after a year’s aging in barrels and demi-muids (600L), 20% new.
