In 1945, Louis Reynaud of Château Rayas purchased Château Fonsalette near the village of Lagarde-Paréol. The estate comprises 121 hectares, 12 of which are planted to vineyards. This wine is composed of Grenache Blanc (planted in 1957-1972), Clairette (planted in 1950s-1967) and Marsanne (planted in 1978, 1980-1987).

Harvest & Vinification
The grapes are manually harvested. They are then fermented in old oak casks with native yeast for three months, followed by stainless steel for aging 11 months.
