A blend from the upper hillsides of both he Sauman (50%) and Reynard lieu-dits (50%). The Sauman plot was purchased by Guy Farge. The Reynard plot is leased, but all farming and viticulture is undertaken by Thomas.
Harvest & Vinification
Whole cluster fermentation. Aged in three-year-old vats (400 liters) for 12 months, followed by two months in tank.
