From vineyards near the northern limit of ripening Grenache, in the colder foothills of the Alps and exposed to strong mistral winds. Grenache was planted from the early 1980s–2003 and Syrah from the 1980s–2010.

Harvest & Vinification
Destemmed and fermented with native yeast for 21 days at a controlled temperature, with pumping over. Aged in concrete tanks. Very lightly filtered.
