As the 2015s from our Burgundy producers continue to roll in, we take a look inside Domaine Launay-Horiot with vigneron Xavier Horiot. However, there was turmoil within the family over what to do with the estate–to sell or not to sell. Xavier will be stateside next week for our Grand Tasting 2017 events in both Chicago and New York on March 27th & 28th. In this video, Xavier discusses the symbolic significance of his label and its deeper connection to the past and future of Domaine Launay-Horiot.

With its largest portfolio tasting since undergoing a change of ownership in 2012, Martine’s Wines welcomes the wine trade for its Grand Tastings of 2017 in the cities of Chicago and New York next month. “We have an amazing pool of producers attending,” said Damien Carney, Director of Sales for Direct Markets. “That is personal contact with the people who make these wines. Having that resource for our customers is invaluable.” On March 27th, twenty producers from the Martine’s Wines stable will descend on the Magnificent Mile in Chicago to gather at Sofitel from 11:00am to 2:00pm to share their…
