Vineyards & Viticulture

Harvest & Vinification
Foot tread and soaked on the skins for 24 hours. Once pressed off and settled in tank, the fermentation and aging happen in neutral oak barrels. Once the wine is dry, it is racked to tank as early as possible to retain the freshness of this Rosé.
