Harvest & Vinification
Grapes are hand harvested, sorted in the vineyard and also in the cellar. Native yeast fermentation IN INOX for 15 days using the R'Pulse maceration technique every day for two minutes. Aged in concrete tanks and bottled eight months after harvest.
