All of these factors have come together in the new non-alcoholic Mosel Riesling Drink Me. Mosel was selected as the ideal sourcing for this wine, as its steep slate vineyards and cool climate encourage naturally high acidity and low potential alcohol, with natural regional hallmarks of precision and delicacy. Fruit was sourced from multiple growers specifically for this project and old vine fruit was prioritized, contributing intensity and balance. The wine saw traditional vinification, with hand harvested grapes and stainless steel elevage. This was followed by gentle vacuum distillation, which allowed the removal of alcohol without destroying the fragile volatile aromas that are so important to Riesling, allowing the citrus, stone fruit, and mineral notes to shine through. It retains bright acidity and a dry palate, and is light bodied, lifted and refreshing. As the non-alcoholic market continues to expand, Drink Me stands out for its clarity and balance. It delivers the freshness, precision, and drinkability expected of Mosel Riesling, offering a thoughtful non-alcoholic option that integrates seamlessly into a modern wine program.
