As we head into the heart of the holiday season, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude for your support and trust in help you find wines that matter. It’s what allows us to keep seeking out producers and bottles we genuinely believe in – and to share them with people who appreciate them.
It’s also the perfect time to think about the wines you will be opening at your own table—and those that might bring joy to the people you care about most.
Whether you’re planning intimate dinners at home, looking for the perfect gift for a client or friend, or simply looking to elevate your celebrations over the next few weeks, please consider us for curated selections that fit the moment. From bottles that make a memorable statement to wines that simply make everything feel a bit more special, we’re here to help you find exactly what you need.
This week, we’re especially excited to share something rare: Champagne Michel Fallon.
For twenty years, Michel Fallon worked alongside the legendary Anselme Selosse in the Grand Cru village of Avize—tending vineyards, learning production, absorbing the philosophy of one of Champagne’s most revered growers. In 2008, with Selosse’s blessing, Michel kept back a small amount of fruit to begin his own project, crafting his wines in Selosse’s cellar.
The result is Cuvée Ozanne, a solera-style Champagne blending ten vintages of organic Grand Cru Chardonnay, barrel-fermented and aged with the same meticulous attention Michel learned over two decades. Production remains tiny—just 900 bottles—and the style unmistakably echoes Selosse: oxidative complexity balanced by remarkable energy and freshness.
These are Champagnes that command attention, whether you’re opening them at your own table or presenting them as a gift that won’t be forgotten.

Le Sentier Levraux marks Michel Fallon’s newest site-specific cuvée from 105-year-old Chardonnay vines on the upper slope of Grand Cru Avize—a single-barrel inaugural release that will evolve into a solera-style champagne, echoing the philosophy of Selosse’s “Substance” while capturing this special plot across time.
