Limited Release
In just a few years, Bouzereau has become one of the most anticipated releases in our portfolio. Jean-Baptiste has spent more than two decades refining what his father built, meticulously farming some of the finest parcels in Meursault and Puligny to produce wines that are both deliciously drinkable and crystal-clear articulations of their pedigreed terroirs.
The 2024s capture what Bouzereau does best. They have impeccable freshness, energy, and balance, and tasting through the range reveals just how much variation exists within this small stretch of the Côte de Beaune. From the openness of Les Grands Charrons to the mineral intensity of Perrières, each wine has its own shape and personality while remaining unmistakably Bouzereau. The consistency behind these wines begins with exceptional vineyard holdings and the thoughtful, measured approach Jean-Baptiste Bouzereau has refined over more than 25 years at the helm.

About the Domaine
Domaine Michel Bouzereau et Fils, a seventh-generation Meursault estate, is widely regarded as one of the appellation’s finest producers thanks to prime vineyard holdings and meticulous farming. Sixth-generation vigneron Michel expanded the family’s plots, and his son Jean-Baptiste has run the domaine since 1999, building a new winery in 2009 and shifting to organic (2005) and later biodynamic practices without formal certification. The estate prioritizes vineyard health and grape quality above all, harvesting by hand and vinifying with native yeast, minimal sulfur, and extended lees aging.
Chardonnays spend six to twelve months in barrel or tank before unfined, unfiltered bottling timed to lunar cycles, while reds are destemmed, cold-macerated, and aged twelve to sixteen months in oak. The result is a range of classic, impeccably sourced wines that reflect Jean-Baptiste’s understated winemaking philosophy. These are balanced, energetic, and complex wines without any single element dominating, making the domaine one of the most anticipated in the Martine’s portfolio.
