From vines planted in 1970, the Hermitage comes from 0.8 hectares of purchased fruit in the northwest-facing Les Bessards parcel.
Harvest & Vinification
Produced only in excellent vintages, the grapes are de-stemmed and macerated for 30 days with native yeast. The wine is then aged for 24 months in 228 L oak barrels, 100% new.
