Just north of Provesende at 600 meters in altitude lies this two hectare parcel of white grapes planted in 2010. Before planting, this area was uncultivated, filled with rabbits and other small animals.

Harvest & Vinification
100% destemmed. Grapes are fermented and aged mostly in oak barrels, 228 Land 500 L, and partially in stainless steel vats on fine lees for nine months. No malolactic fermentation.
