Rabourcé is in the northern commune of Côte Chalonnaise. Organic work in vineyards with plowing. The vines are double Guyot trained.
Harvest & Vinification
Harvested by hand, this wine is vinified and aged entirely in 228 L to 400 L barrels (30% new). The barrels are made from one cooper: Doreau from Cognac. The wood comes from local Fontaines forests.
