From the Village of Chaux. Planted at a high density (5000 vines per hectare) on a hillside with steep slopes. East and west exposure, 400 m above sea level. 5% of the vineyards is planted with Pinot Beurot.

Fermented for about 20 days in enameled tanks with native yeast. Aged for eight months in tank.
