From a vineyard once owned by Comte Eudes II de Blois. The vineyard is located on the right side of Loire, between Blois and Tours, just in front of the Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire.

Harvest & Vinification
Only the best cuvées are used for this crémant: “Tête de Cuvée" and "Première Taille." After a light racking, fermentation begins with the native yeast. Aged for two years at 12°C on traditional wooden sloping racks. The bottles are turned by hand. Dosage 11 grams per liter.
